feel like you missed the secret to a successful law firm?

Well, you kinda did, but it's not your fault. Law school doesn't set you up for success as a lawyer, much less as a law firm. It doesn't matter if you're a solo, a small firm or a boutique- if you're constantly on the hunt for new clients, and another networking event when you have ALL that work to do is making your hair fall out, you're in the right place.

Every few weeks, I have the same conversation at legal events I attend. It goes a little something like this:

Them: "So let me get this straight... you don't advertise your legal services?"

Me: "No."

Them: "And people just come to your website and book you?"

Me: "Yes."

Them: "And you're not on Avvo or Google?"

Me: "No."

Them: "And they just...book you??"

Me: "Yes."

Them: "Well, you must be charging rock bottom prices."

Me: "My flat fees are set higher than the same services at Big Law."

Them: "Well, you must be exhausted working that hard."

Me: "Exhausted from my three other businesses. My law firm only takes about 2-3 hours of work each week."

The thing is, I'm not anything special. I went to law school, I started practicing, and I went out on my own, despite currently having in-house offers at two large public companies (and no, I didn't apply to either of these positions- they came to me). But, I am different than most attorneys. Instead of paying attention to boring CLE seminars that teach me what a trademark is (for the 457th time), I have spent my time learning how to create an amazing client experience, from first visit to my site to our final disengagement letter.

Because here's what they don't teach you in law school: you're running a business.

But if you don't know how to do this yet, you never will UNLESS you take the intentional steps you need to stop working harder and start working smarter. If you're interested in learning how I have done this, and how you can easily replicate this success in your own business, you can apply to work with me.

Here's an overview of some of the ways recent clients have worked with me:

here's how to work with me: step 1 application, step 2 book a consult, step 3 wait to hear back- if it's a good fit we'll confirm your appointment; if we think there's a better option for you we'll send you in that direction instead.
