Carolina Ibarra-Mendoza founded I.M. Carolina, a Creative Design Studio, 11 years ago. Growing up, Carolina found immense inspiration in her parents’ journey of immigrating to Los Angeles from Mexico and building a thriving small business with the incredible support of friends and the latinx community. This firsthand experience highlighted the power of community and ignited her passion for assisting companies and organizations dedicated to the public. 

How Carolina Ibarra-Mendoza Serves Her Clients

Motivated by an interest in social justice and feminist issues, Carolina pursued a double bachelor’s degree in design and gender studies. This unique combination has driven her to create impactful strategies that address social problems and drive positive change in her work with progressive organizations and small businesses focusing on social justice. In particular, Carolina loves to work with feminist-driven organizations, BIPOC-owned companies, and those passionate about creating positive community impact through design, as design plays a vital role in amplifying the message of these organizations. Especially those that need to be discovered or are underestimated by potential supporters and investors, limiting their reach and impact.

As a customer of The Contract Shop®, we asked Carolina about her favorite purchases and she said that while she originally purchased our Print Release Contract Template, she eventually came back for the VIP Day Contract Template, and is so glad she did because, as she put it, it’s by far one of the best contracts she’s ever purchased.
