    Easy Peasy

    This saved me so much time and aggravation. Navigating the legal system when setting up a business can be financially and emotionally draining. Not a great start to getting off the ground. Starting from zero and incurring debt by consulting with an attorney, not knowing for certain if business is going to succeed is scary. I’m sooo glad I found The Contract Shop. This gave me exactly what I was looking for to set up my site, feeling secure that I was protected and not setting myself up to fail before even getting started.     Simple to use plug-and play template

    I’m so happy that I stumbled across The Contract Shop!     Thorough and Easy to Use

    I received immediate access to the templates, checklists, and membership area. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the content in the membership area. The privacy policy and terms and conditions are definitely thorough and I learned a lot about GDPR. In 2 days from purchase, I went from my website being out of compliance to fully in compliance with various laws. The course that comes along with the templates helped me understand which options to select in the various sections and I appreciate that I was indexed so I could quickly move to the sections in question. Over time, I think I'll revise my policies to sound a little more client-oriented (e.g., your privacy is important to us) instead of just making my policy sound like a big waiver. For now, I'm happy to have these items in place. And grateful for the efficiency and thoroughness made possible by the Contract Shop's bundle.

    All of our templates are drafted by Christina Scalera, a licensed attorney. They are also peer-reviewed by at least two licensed attorneys—one based in the US and one based in the country the template will be used in [for example, for all of our Canadian entrepreneurs, we have a Canadian attorney review those templates].

    What do I have to do after I download my template?

    Each template is delivered immediately in PDF and Word formats for easy use "as is." You'll receive access to your lifetime portal shortly after your purchase, where you can always go back to access the most recent version of the template and learn how to upload your template to any e-signing platform of your choice.

    You'll get plenty of instructions as to how to use your template with your download, and in your Hold My Hand™ guide [available for most contract templates], we'll also show you how to make the most of your contract.     Do these contract templates work in my state?
